Required Documents for Clearance

You must bring the following documents to the designated clearance venue:

  1. Original certificates of educational qualification
  2. Local Government Indigene Certificate
  3. Birth Certificate or a Statutory Declaration of Age
  4. UTME/DE slip (original/photocopy)
  5. ‘O’ level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.)
  6. Diploma/NCE/IJMB results
  7. The original copy of the online screening form

Post-Admission Steps

After confirming your admission, ensure you:

  1. Accept or Reject Your Admission on the JAMB CAPS.
  2. Print Your JAMB Admission Letter after accepting the admission.
  3. Apply for a Change of Course if you’ve been offered a different course from what you applied for.
